1. This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 or over except employees of Unilever UK Limited, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. There are 50 prizes up for grabs, each prize comprising two adult and two children’s tickets to the cinema. The tickets will be valid for either Vue (except Vue West End) or Cineworld cinemas. Vue and Cineworld standard terms & conditions of sale apply (as applicable), including normal film classifications and the right to refuse entry. The decision of the manager of each participating cinema is final.

4. The winners' tickets will be sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service on 4th April 2008.
5. To enter, go to www.pgtips.co.uk and watch the trailer of Monkey’s film. Make sure you watch it carefully as you will have to answer three multiple choice questions based on what you have seen. Once you have answered the questions, complete the online registration form to submit your entry into the prize draw.
6. Entries must comply with the entry instructions. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will not be accepted.
7. Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight (GMT) on 2 April 2008.
8. Promotion limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
9. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
10. The first 50 valid entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win a prize. The prize for the first 25 winners will be Vue tickets and the prize for the second 25 winners will be Cineworld tickets. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winners’ details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to "Monkey Film Promotion c/o AKQA, 1 St John’s Lane, London EC1M 4BL" within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
12. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
13. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of administering this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
