When you’re pregnant, picking the right things to eat and drink can be more than a little confusing!

As a mummy-to-be, you’re asked to sacrifice a lot to keep your little bump happy. And for some this means cutting back on caffeine. Doctors recommend that you try and limit your caffeine intake to 200mg a day when expecting.

The tricky bit is knowing where to avoid caffeine. It’s a chemical that occurs naturally in the ingredients that are used in lots of different foods and drinks. You’ll find it in foods such as chocolate , and drinks such as coffee, cola and your beloved cup of tea.
